THANK YOU

I am moved beyond words for the support we are recieving for our adoption. I am amazed that I can love a child that I have yet to meet so much. I think about her all of the time and am anticipating the day that I will be able to hold her in my arms and kiss her good night. I realize that it may not be the fairytale I am imagining. She may not even like us at first. And then we will have the medical issues to take care of that my cause more heartache but I know that God will be with us through it all. Chad, Anthony, Jakob and I cannot thank you all for the love, support and prayers!

THANK YOU!

Progress

So our correct I800A is in the hands of AAC (adoption agency) and it is headed to The Secretary of State today!!! I wish we were closer to bringing Madison home but I have to accept God's perfect timing. I am most sad at night when I wonder if she is being tucked in and loved. I worry about her health and will be so relieved when she is home and can be treated here.
It is such a relief to be working on the T shirt fundraising because at least I feel I am doing something to help. Who knows, maybe it will be so successful we can support another child without a forever family! God willing!

Paypal up and running!

If you would like to support us in bringing Madison home please select the T SHIRTS button under Home and choose your size under Mens or Womens. If you are interested in a particular style or color let me know. The manufacturer said there are many available. Them womens ink colors look great on chocolate color and I am getting mine in a V-neck. The mens look great in a heathered army green! These are top quality shirts and cannot wait to share them with everyone!

YES!!! I have the t-shirt designs!!!!

After much prayer I feel  we are being led to do a t shirt fundraiser. I found these shirts on another adoptive Mom's blog and fell in love with them! I was hoping that we wouldn't need to ask for help but this is another lesson God is teaching me; humbling myself and accepting help and at the same time promoting adoption. Now, if I could just figure out how to get my paypal button on here I would be up and running! I have the artwork for the t's and I will post them for a sneak peak. There are many styles and sizes available in the womens and mens print design. It actually feels great to be doing anything to bring Madison home since we are now in a lull in the paperwork (just waiting on on dossier to be sent to China). I truly appreciate any support that we get and can't wait to see people wearing these great shirts showing Madison's country of China and encouraging    adoption.

Waiting....

The excitement of last week is turning into frustration. We received our fingerprint approval so that our dossier could get on it's way to China but there was a "typo" and we are now waiting (since Monday) for the corrected form.
On a heart warming note; At Jakob's open house for school we were shown the poster he had made. It is precious but what almost brought tears to my eyes is that our 8 year old son had listed 1 brother and 1 sister on it. My heart could burst with joy that our boys are so accepting and loving of Madison and we have yet to meet our precious girl.

Where to start?

This is my first blog entry ever and I am sure it will be evident. My name is Jill and I am creating this blog to help us bring Madison home. Madison is a precious gift from God living in a orphange in the Long Gang SWI in China. My husband, Chad , myself and our two boys Anthony and Jakob are not so patiently waiting on for this journey to lead us to China and back.
